デンマーク。目だけだしたムスリムの女性のバスへの後者拒否。ここはデンマークだ、デンマークでは、顔を出すべきだ、と。
もっとも、これについては、最近いろんな格好して、例えば、へそ出しファッションあり、ケツだしファッション有り、ロングスカートあり、という状況なんだから、なんで、ムスリムの格好はだめなの、という意見もある。
この記事久しぶりにみたシュピーゲルの記事なんですか、ちょっと議論が浅い。

バスの運転手の言い分がちゃんと書いてある。要するに、身分証には顔写真があって、バスの定期にも写真があるから、それとの符号ができない、というわけ。
なるほど。
そういえば、例えば、銀行のATMのカメラなども目だけでるスカーフだとかなり不都合がでてくる。
移民問題というのはこうした問題もあらかじめ考慮にいれるべきであろう。

アフガンの法律では、女性は家を出る前に、旦那の許可をでること、4日おきに旦那からのセックスの要望にはこたえること、などの規定があり、西洋諸国から反発を受けている、という。
イギリスの一国民の意見で、イギリスが培ってきた男女平等や宗教離脱の自由など、多文化主義の尊重で台無しにされている、という意見があったが、日本でも移民が増えれば当然直面して行かなくては問題である。

The University of Hasselt has published a study about the situation of the integration process of Moroccans and Turks in Flanders. The researchers interviewed 960 people of Turkish, Moroccans and Flemish origin in the cities of Anterp, Ghent and Genk.
* 48,4% of Moroccan immigrants felt personally discriminated at least one time during the past twelve months. By Turks this was 43.7%. Remarkably also 33% of Flemings felt personally discriminated.
* 25% of Turks and 20% of Moroccans have a chat every day with the Flemish neighbor. 43% of the Flemings never talk with the Moroccans neighbor and 38% with the Turkish neighbor. According to the study, ethnic Flemings have a more negative image of Moroccans than of Turks.原文魚拓
オランダのフランドルでは、４８％のモロッコ人が、４４％のトルコ人が差別されていると感じ、先住民ということだろうと思うが現地のフラマン人も3割が差別されている、と感じていると思う。そして、半分近くの現地フラマン人はこれらの人と話しをしたこともなく、交流も進んでいない。
別に移民の流入に反対というわけではない。しかし、移民を日本に呼ぶなら、前もってこうした問題は自覚しておくべきである、と思う。

【ビンガムトン（米ニューヨーク州）＝田中光、山川一基】３日午前１０時半（日本時間同午後１１時半）ごろ、当地ビンガムトンにある移民援助のための施設に、短銃で武装した男が押し入り乱射した。地元警察によると、施設の米国人職員や移民ら１３人が射殺され、４人が重体。男は乱射後、銃で自殺した。
言い換えれば、外国人が米国に帰化した米国人に乱射され被害に被ったわけだ。

要するに、ヘイトクライムというは加重犯ということだろう。

以前にも紹介した。アメリカンインディアンに小便かたり、BB弾うったりした事件。
さすがに日本のアイヌやウタリにこうしたことをするってのは聞いたことがない。実際、差別をうけたというウタリの人たちはかなり減少している。
にもかかわらず、アメリカのインディアンに対する態度は優れていて、日本も見習え、というような態度は傲慢である。
せいぜい、ともに人種差別は排除にむかって頑張っていきましょうくらいの謙虚さがないのか？

According to the report, in 2005, Cindy Cade, an African-American resident of Galloway Township, was getting out of her car at Hamilton Township's Regal Cinema at about 11:30 a.m. when Walter Dille confronted her. Swastikas, racist graffiti mar Roland Park garages
Resident considers it hate crime

Swastikas and other racist graffiti were scrawled on the garages of several homes in the 400 block of Woodlawn Road in Roland Park Thursday afternoon.
Pio Poblete, who lives on Woodlawn Road, didn’t know about the graffiti on his garage until the police knocked on his door at about 6:30 p.m. and notified him that a swastika had been drawn on his property.
Poblete, who is Asian, said he couldn’t believe someone would scrawl such hateful images and messages.
“It sends enough of a message that we can see racism anywhere in Baltimore,” he said.
He said he doesn’t know if the homes were targeted or whether it was just a random act. Whatever the motivation, Poblete said he believes it can be classified as a hate crime.

Dutch teenagers are heavy drinkers

A quarter of Dutch 15- and 16-year-olds drink alcohol on more than 10 occasions a month, compared with a European average of one in 10, according to new European research.
And 30% have tried smoking cannabis, compared with 19% of European teenagers as a whole. The use of other drugs, including cocaine and exctasy, is in line with EU averages.
The Espad research shows that Dutch teenagers also tend to drink more than most of their European counterparts. Only Danish, English and Norwegian teenagers are heavier drinkers.

Suspect arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting dog in Hamilton City

HAMILTON CITY — A local man was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of sexually assaulting a German shepherd in Hamilton City Monday.
The dog, a female, was cleared medically by a veterinarian and returned to its owner.
